Orders Cancelled:
If the item is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, then you may return the item as unwanted for up to one month from the date you receive it. Otherwise, the usual 14 days return limit applies. We do not accept returns on any opened trading card products under any circumstances.
You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition received.
Please note that if the item returned does not satisfy these requirements, we will not accept it.
Should we act on your behalf to send cards to be graded, we will not accept refunds due to unsatisfactory grade outcomes as this is not within our control.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.
Trading card game products include, but are not limited to: Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! sealed products and single cards. Other games such as Flesh and Blood, Digimon and Cardfight!! Vanguard & Disney Lorcana are also included under this provision. Any game that has booster packs and single cards that fluctuate in price we are classing as a Trading card game product under this policy.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints, or levy suitable charges for issues raised after this period. We will ask for photographic evidence of damage to items and packaging (including postal packaging) so please document these carefully.
By shopping with us you accept that we only buy sealed and authentic goods from approved suppliers. Hidden Gem Trading Cards can not be held liable for minor manufacturing defects that may occur to cards within sealed packs.
In the case of a major defect within a sealed pack, the product you have purchased is the pack and not the single card/s in question. Our ability to replace will extend only as far as supplying another sealed pack. In the rare event this happens to you, you could benefit by contacting the manufacturer first for a replacement card, but note they have no duty to do so.
Other Returns
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us at customer-service@hiddengemcards.co.uk. Most manufacturing faults can be quickly resolved via an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.

Hidden Gem Trading Cards provide quality products. All products we sell are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic. All products will be in mint condition unless otherwise stated.
Courier Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using standard, tracked postal methods, utilizing Royal Mail, Yodel or Evri, as required.

Order Lost in Transit
Please note that if you report your item as having not arrived, we reserve the right to resend the order rather than issue a refund. We will always endeavour to send a replacement order by tracked delivery.
Pre-Orders
At this time, we have made the decision to not offer pre-orders to our customers.
This is due to ongoing supply challenges in the Trading Card network for new products. We would rather not have to cancel orders based on conditions outside of our control, therefore once we know allocations from our suppliers, we will send out an announcement to our customers with information of when the listing will go live on our website.
Orders Returned Due to Incomplete Address
It is the customers' responsibility to provide a complete address, in the event that the goods are posted, but cannot be delivered due to an error on the customers part. We reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items once they are returned by the carrier. The customer may of course choose to treat the order as an unwanted item and return it under the return's policy.
Errors on Orders / Shortages
We do our utmost to ensure accuracy on the shipments we send to you. However, on occasion something may go wrong with the packing of your product. In the event that there is an error on your shipment you are required to notify us within 3 working days receiving the shipment of such error, we will then put any problem right. If we do not hear from you within 3 working days of receipt of your parcel, you are deemed to have accepted the goods received are correct.
Service Emails
Hidden Gem Trading Cards operates using 3rd party applications in order to deliver an excellent service to you. Should you forget or abandon your shopping cart, we may send you an emailed summary to enable you to checkout faster via email.
Restriction of Goods
Hidden Gem Trading Cards reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same debit / credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and /or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied to an existing order.Hidden Gem Trading Cards reserves the right to cancel any order without warning or notification for any reason.
Declining to Trade
By advertising goods on our website we are not offering goods for sale; we are making an invitation to treat. When you, the customer purchases items through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods. It is then up to us if we accept the offer.
If we do not wish to accept your offer to purchase the goods, we will write to you as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after the offer is placed to inform you of our decision.
Accuracy
While Hidden Gem Trading Cards prides itself in providing accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Hidden Gem Trading Cards cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Hidden Gem Trading Cards shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Hidden Gem Trading Cards may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
